Comfortable, great for everyone

The whole experience was neutral, only the bellboy named "Salun" or similar and the café staff I've met were very helpful and active, others were more hotel robots

Small breakfast, and kids are not free (can't remember they use the age or height to determine) Swimming pool is nice and good for kids, but, be careful, we got 2 kids played there and got something pinched their feet, one kid even got bleeded, the reception staff were taken care of us for the first aid, no one to blame though.

Very modern, extremely comfortable and spacious rooms away tucked away from the hustle and bustle of main korat but within east walking distance of everything you need. Very friendly staff, loved it.

Nice hotel and location but surprised at the changes.

Both Rooms ( living room & bedroom) good size and very tidy although prices have increased a lot since last stay, but yes large double room is very nice, 2 rooms with tv’s in both rooms. Nice swimming pool and quiet when we needed to use it although very salty. Brilliant location to the malls / markets. Nice rooms and swimming pool and easy access to things but I believe there is now cheaper options in korat with better breakfast options…. Would I come back here for this price? Not too sure!

Breakfast quite basic for the price of the room, had lot better breakfast choices at lot cheaper hotels…no fillings for omelette, plain omelette, no other menu to describe what egg choices available…..rest of dishes were basic thai buffet choices and only 3-4 different choices… stayed here few times in past and the breakfast was one of the selling points…. On the 2nd day of our stay we had options of few fillings for an omelette. No tea bags in room and when asked they don’t supply, at 2600฿ per night im sure a tea bag wont break the bank… quite poor to be honest…… I was given 2 tea bags from kitchen staff on 2nd day but it seemed to be after a long discussion weather to give me or not!! WiFi not the greatest in fact it was quite poor, again for a hotel for this price and this day and age you expect super fast WiFi in all rooms…. Found it hard to watch tv / iPad and had to use own phone as hotspot. Bidet in toilet instead of bum gun… not a fan of a bidet… been using bum gun for 20 years and nothing compares.

The location is good, there is a big mall within about a 5 minute walk on the mail road. Its very quite as its set back from the road . The cleaners do a great Job & are always smiling.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. A+++ The property has plenty of parking space. The hotel is very clean and very quiet at night. Very close to The Mall and other attractions

Breakfast is so so. Only sunnyside up and over easy are available. only chicken sausages, no bacon. Salad dressing and be improved. An espresso machine would be nice.

Was ok but bangcok prices in korat

Did not like the idea of paying 500bht more because i booked on line some prices are too high eg: house water 25bht ice 35bht as a bar and restaurant owner in the area come on and why 10% surcharge you will kill the goose that layed the golden egg need more western food in breakfast bacon baked beans

What was the highlight of Aisana Hotel Korat

Very modern overall.

Very modern overall. The rooms were well designed and extremely comfortable. Each room had a full bathtub in addition to a shower, with hot-and-cold running water. Body wash and shampoo were provided. The swimming pool was excellent, with plenty of places to sit or lounge. Towels were provided. There was an attached kids-pool for the young ones. The larger pool was about 1.5 meters deep: deep enough to get a good swim, but not too deep whereby the kids could enjoy it. The water temperature was lukewarm, but this was extremely welcome as the surface temperature was on the cool side. Not sure if they lower the temperature during the hot season though.

Be extremely careful when selecting a room. From the description, "1 large bed, 2 twin beds" it appeared that the room had 3 beds. The pictures they show are of the suite, so it looks like a great deal for a family. NOT!!! When the booking was confirmed, I noticed (too late!) that it said "2 twin beds". So when I arrived, expected to fit the family into a single room with 3 beds, I found out that what they really should have said was "1 large bed OR 2 twin beds". Accordingly I ended up having to book an additional room, which is why I rated the hotel poorly in the "Value for the money" category. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but definitely caters to Asian and not Western tastes. It would have been nice to see more Western choices such as a custom omelette, waffles, yogurt, etc. Also the coffee was from a pot and neither fresh nor strong.

Brand new hotel. nice room and comfortable bed. the hotel is just opposite The Mall but u have go a bit in a soi (small street) and near a big local market there where u can try street food there with thai price. Breakfast is good.

Hotel is modern and beautifully designed.

Hotel is modern and beautifully designed. Room is spacious and clean. Cafe and restaurant are great. Breakfast was excellent but if you want to eat a continental breakfast you will have limited choice. However, the Asian choices are plenty.

Thoroughly enjoyable

The staff was delightful, the lobby and surrounding areas are artful and spacious, the rooms are tasteful and very comfortable and the food is excellent at a reasonable price. My stay would have been perfect if the construction was completed for the pool and health club. I can’t wait to return when it’s finished. The Aisana Hotel is superb choice.

The property is clean because is new

This is a 4 star hotel with very small room, noice transmit trough the walls so easy, there is no cupboard for storage of clothes so basically you live from your travel bag, there is no iron in the hall hotel and instead they send your clothes somewhere outside where you’re charged for, breakfast it is so poor, management have no idea how to deal with the customers, most of the things you ask for at the reception it is a big NO. When I booked this hotel I decided based of your ratings of 9.0 but this is totally out of line.

Nice place to stay while in Korat

Worth the money. Clean and nicely decorated hotel. Staff are very helpful.

Location is in the middle of nowhere but close to the train station. Air-con was not good.
